Let’s talk about bunnies! If you are looking for a small pet with a bold personality a bunny rabbit could be just what you are looking for.

Bunnies are a great choice for any living situation, whether you have an apartment or a huge home. Give them a cage and some running space and you have a thriving rabbit.

There are a few different types of rabbit breeds that make awesome pets. Each breed has different personality and characteristics.

Mini Rex bunnies have hair that stands up instead of laying flat making them have a much softer fur. They are a pretty small rabbit with weighing no more than 4.5 lbs fully grown. They are the most popular choice in American households when choosing a new friend.

The Holland Lop is a show rabbit that has floppy ears on a small body. They fully grown weigh no more than 4 lbs. Holland Lops are one of the most playful bunny breeds, however not the best breeds for families with smaller children. These bunnies are more independent and do not like to be touched or held long periods.

A dutch bunny is a great option for families with children. These bunnies are very easy going and prefer chaos. They are also pretty small with weighing about 3-5 lbs.

Dwarf Hotot rabbits are well known for the circles around their eyes and soft white coat. They are very small, weighing less than 3 lbs fully grown. They are a great choice for cuddling and like to be petted. They do have a tendency to be moody.

Mini Lop is one of the most popular breeds in the world. They are small rabbits with floppy ears. These bunnies are social and very playful. They do great with intellectual games and interaction.

The best bunny breed for families is the Mini Satin. These rabbits have a soft coat and super tiny. They are calm and very friendly.

Bunnies typically have a tight bond with their owners. When choosing the ideal bunny for you and your family, spend time with each bunny before choosing one.

All bunnies can be trained to use a litter box or even other commands. I knew about a bunny rabbit that new the sit and roll over commands.

They make all different kinds of cages for bunnies. From very tiny to multiple layers. It all depends on the personality of your little one, and how much outside the cage playtime they will have. I found a few different bunny houses doing a search online. Here are a few that I found:
